This program is for DCI graduates (only) who are ready to bring their coaching into the world, and to do it in a way that reflects who they've become through the DCI.
Introducing... Pathway to Purpose
Pathway to Purpose is the business side of Deep Coaching — 16 weeks of structured support to help you set up your practice, find your voice and direction, and enroll clients.
It’s an invitation to let who you’ve become through the DCI shape your unique way of serving. We're not teaching you to learn to sell, but to allow the self-awareness and presence you’ve cultivated to guide how your work takes form.
You’ll be supported to build your coaching practice in a way that is rooted in integrity so that it is meaningful and true to your sense of purpose.
Our approach is not a departure from the inner journey, it's a natural extension and next expression.

Building a practice can feel overwhelming when you're new and doing it for the first time. Even people a few years into it still struggle.
Pathway to Purpose removes the guesswork. It's a structured path that keeps you focused on what matters most and builds momentum over sixteen weeks.

You don't have to wait until you feel fully ready. Confidence comes through practice and trust in yourself, and Pathway to Purpose gives you plenty of it.

Our Approach
The path won't always be easeful, and we don't want to pretend otherwise. Building a coaching practice and business asks a lot more of us than learning a set of skills and techniques. It reveals parts of ourselves that are shadowy and fearful. It also surfaces parts of ourselves that are ready to be seen, strengthened, or integrated.
But...you won't walk this path alone. You'll be supported through group coaching calls, peer coaching, and the steady, experienced guidance and mentorship of Jonathan Hermida, a Deep Coach who has built a practice himself and knows the terrain.
Each module blends transformational insight with practical action.
Real-world tools, templates, and methodologies are also there when you need them. And so is accountability that encourages you rather than pressures you.
You'll be challenged, but supported throughout.
Introducing: Pods
Pathway to Purpose is journeyed in a 'pod'—a small, intimate circle of 5 - 10 fellow Deep Coaches who move through the full 16 weeks together.
Your pod is your crew for the journey: the people who learn beside you, coach you, and cheer you on as you take real steps toward paying clients.
We're intentional about keeping the pods small so that everyone gets the attention they need.
You already know the power of this from the DCI. The same peer coaching and spiritual partnering that supported you there now becomes the ground beneath your practice-building: companions who understand the work, can witness your growth, and hold your vision when doubt creeps in.
Within your pod, you'll:
Move through the material and the weekly calls together, in rhythm
Coach and be coached by one another throughout the program
Hold one another accountable to the work—both the inner journey and the outer action of building a practice

Our goal for you in this program is for you to walk away after 16 weeks with at least your first paid coaching client. More is of course welcome and very possible.
This program includes:
The Pathway to Purpose Curriculum: A six-part course covering the full range of practice building: living the way of the Deep Coach in work and life, laying your business foundation, the capacities and skills that actually matter for Deep Coaches, enrolling clients with presence and confidence, the essentials of setting up your practice, and building a model that fits your life.
Intensive Immersion: This program asks you to show up fully. The ideal is for you to be all-in during these 16-weeks—coaching, inviting, sharing, enrolling—while being held and guided at every step.
Group Calls with Jonathan: Twelve two-hour calls that pair group coaching on what's present for you with teaching on the essential practice-building skills. This format allows us to go as deep as is needed in order for you to have the clarity and confidence you desire.
Peer Coaching within Your Pod: You'll give and receive Deep Coaching throughout the program, supported by your peers while simultaneously developing your Deep Coaching capacities.
5-Months of Complimentary TCC All-Access Membership: In addition to your dedicated Pathway to Purpose learn site, you'll also have access to Deep Coaching Unplugged, the Healing Pain Inner Work Group, The Coaching Business Circle, other live events, and our expanding collection of learning resources during this time.

About Your Learning Leader
Pathway to Purpose is led by Jonathan Hermida, PCC — Managing Director of the Center for Transformational Coaching, a certified Deep Transformational Coach, and a three-time founder who has built businesses of his own.
He's a rare blend of the two worlds this program lives between. As a Deep Coach, Jonathan carries the same presence, depth, and being-first values you came to know in the DCI. As an entrepreneur and executive coach, he has built and led mission-driven ventures across three industries and supported founders, CEOs, and senior leaders from some of the biggest companies in the world - McDonald's, Salesforce, and Google, to name a few.
That means he understands, from the inside, both sides of what you're stepping into: the inner work of becoming, and the practical realities of building something real. He knows the doubt and the doing this journey asks of you, because he has walked it himself.
Above all, Jonathan leads from presence. Drawing on more than 17 years of inner work and self-study, his intention is to help you build a practice that is financially sustainable and deeply aligned — one that becomes the living expression of who you've become.

You don’t need a perfect niche, a fancy website, or 100% clarity on your business vision to begin. You just need a willingness to take aligned action and be supported as you grow.
This approach works especially well for Deep Coaches, because it honors both the depth of the work and the practical realities of growing a business.
We’ll walk with you, step by step, through everything from your first client conversations to pricing, proposals, and sustainable growth—without compromising your values or your presence.
A pod is a small, intimate circle of five to ten fellow Deep Coaches who move through the full 16 weeks of Pathway to Purpose together.
Your pod is your crew for the journey—the people who learn beside you, coach and are coached by you, and hold you accountable to the real, outer work of enrolling clients. You already know the power of this from the DCI: the same spiritual partnering and peer coaching that held you there now becomes the ground beneath your practice-building.
We keep pods small on purpose, so everyone gets the dedicated attention they need.
Tuition begins at US$2,699, based on the 5-person minimum needed to run the cohort. For each additional participant who joins beyond the initial five, tuition is reduced by US$220 for everyone, reaching as low as US$1,600 per person if all 10 spaces are filled.
You reserve your place with a US$350 deposit (applied toward your tuition). Prefer to spread it out? We offer interest-free payment plans over 3–6 months.
Each pod runs with a minimum of five participants. If a pod doesn’t reach five by its start date, we simply won’t launch it as planned—we’d rather do this well than rush it.
If that happens, you’re not stuck: we’ll invite you to join the next forming pod, or, if you prefer, return your $350 deposit in full. You’ll never be charged for a pod that doesn’t run.
Yes—and we love when this happens. A group of coaches can choose to sponsor a fellow coach who might not otherwise be able to join by covering their tuition together.
