Course Focus and Outcomes
The purpose of this course is to deepen your practice both as a student of transformation and of Deep Coaching. The work is to move ourselves further down the path of our own transformation so that we may stand strong as a 'way-shower' for others who need support on their journeys.
The primary focus of classroom work is on the coaching space: participating in a Deep Coaching session followed by coaching supervision, mentoring and feedback from the learning leader. There will also be time for conversation about Deep Coaching beyond what happened in that session.
In the time between classes, you are encouraged to make this work you own by continuing to apply and integrate the 9 transformational practices into your life so that you increasingly embody ways of being that reflect the awakened mind.
Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision is the practice of reflecting upon your work as a coach.
It is a collaborative learning process designed to build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue rather than one-way feedback.
Mentoring
The course aims to create a safe learning space for participants to practice Deep Coaching, and then to explore their own thought processes, experience and dynamics in the sessions.
It’s a unique opportunity to work in a small group within an enlivening learning environment.
Transformative Practice
The coursework will revisit the 9 transformational coaching practices introduced in the Deep Coaching Intensive.
The intent is to deepen participant's understanding of the practices and to inspire greater embodiment of them in life and work.
