Mid Week Refresh

May 1

Welcome to the Mid Week Refresh!

Join every Wednesday for a guided breath and meditation practice hosted by member Liz Sanders.

This is space for you to slow down, breathe and connect inward so that you de-stress and reconnect with your center.

During these sessions, I will teach a breathwork technique and guide a visualization meditation. Stillness and breath are powerful tools to call back in our energy, connect with our life force and root into the present moment. This is an invitation to give yourself the gift to pause and create moments of inner peace.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • I’ll launch the zoom about 5 minutes early, if you want to come in early.

  • I’ll start at 1PM PST with our weekly theme and teach the breathwork technique. No prior experience required.

  • We’ll start the breath and meditation journey no later than 4:05PM EST

  • We will finish right at 4:20PM EST.

  • Leave the session feeling more calm, relaxed and clear

What you can do to make the most of this:

  • Put down your phone, work, lunch, etc and be present

  • Be somewhere quiet where you can be undisturbed for the full 20 min

  • Optional: headphones to block out noise, eye mask to block out light

Your Hosts: Liz Sanders.
