We are committed to a monthly ritual to come together as an opportunity to embody a process of the heart….sensing our way through colors and art. It’s about the process, not the skill of art. 

During these sessions, we focus on our what wants to be expressed by dropping into the body and allowing our creative being to be the guide. We are free to use whatever art mediums inspire us (watercolors, pencils, gel pens, acrylic, etc.). A heartfelt playlist is created in the same spirit to complement the creative art atmosphere. We’re inviting all members who would like to join us in this experience art from the heart. 💛

What to Bring to the Session: Create a space where you can make art and get messy if you choose. Feel free to bring any of the following:

• An old book that you don’t mind painting in or writing in
• Grunge paste or gesso [or white paint if you can’t find the paste or gessoGlue stick or Elmers glue
• Ink stamps/stencils
• Sponge brushes
• Old toothbrush/paint brush
• Inexpensive acrylic paints and/or watercolors/pencils or pens
• Water
• Gel pens/ink pen/crayons
• Towel or paper towel

Feel free to bring any of the above, along with a sense of curiosity and a warm heart. We’re excited to welcome YOU, to see new faces in our gatherings and to experience a collective beautiful process.

Feel free to bring a journal to note insights that arrive during the process.
