Deep Coaching Foundations, Deep Coaching Intensive & Audit Program

This policy applies to:

• Deep Coaching Foundations
• Deep Coaching Intensive
• DCI Audit Program

A $350 non-refundable deposit reserves your place and begins your enrollment process. This amount is applied toward your tuition.

14-Day Cancellation Window

You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of receiving your enrollment confirmation and receive a full refund of tuition paid, less the non-refundable $350 deposit.

To cancel, submit your request in writing to [email protected] before the 14-day period expires.

If You Register Within 14 Days of the Program Start Date

If you enroll within 14 days of the program start date, your cancellation period expires at the earlier of:

• 14 days from the date your enrollment is confirmed; or
• the beginning of the second live class session,

whichever comes first.

If You Access Program Content During the Cancellation Window

If you attend live sessions or access course materials before your 14-day cancellation window expires and later choose to withdraw, you remain eligible for a refund. However, the Center reserves the right to deduct a reasonable pro-rated amount based on the value of any sessions attended or program content accessed prior to cancellation.

After the 14-Day Cancellation Window

After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, the $350 deposit and all tuition paid become non-refundable.

Continuing from Foundations to Mastery

Deep Coaching Foundations is designed as the first stage of the Deep Coaching Intensive certification pathway.

Students who wish to continue into Mastery are expected to enroll within 18 months of the start date of their Foundations cohort (typically by joining one of the following two Mastery cohorts).

This preserves the continuity of the learning journey and ensures students enter Mastery with the confidence, coaching capacity, and familiarity with the methodology needed to fully benefit from the program.

Students wishing to continue after this period may be asked to repeat Foundations before entering Mastery.

Deep Coaching Portfolio Program

The Deep Coaching Portfolio Program, which includes both Life Coaching Essentials (LCE) and the Deep Coaching Intensive, follows the same cancellation policy described above.

The 14-day cancellation window applies to the Portfolio Program as a whole. There is no separate cancellation or refund period for the Life Coaching Essentials portion of the program.

Tuition Transfers

If you withdraw after the refundable cancellation period has expired, any tuition paid (excluding the non-refundable $350 deposit) may be transferred to another eligible Center for Transformational Coaching program within 12 months of your withdrawal date.

Simply contact [email protected] before your new program begins and we’ll assist you with the transfer.

If the Center cancels a program, all tuition and deposits will be fully refunded unless you choose to transfer your payment toward a future offering.

Mentor Coaching

The same 14-day cancellation policy applies to Mentor Coaching.

If you cancel within 14 days of enrollment, you will receive a refund of all tuition paid, less:

• the $350 administration fee; and
• $200 for each mentor coaching session already attended.

After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, Mentor Coaching tuition becomes non-refundable.

Mentor Coaching hours must be used within 6 months of the date of your Mentor Coaching Agreement. Any unused hours after six months are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
