Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deep Coaching Intensive:
If you decide to cancel your enrollment in the Deep Coaching Intensive (DCI) or Deep Coaching Portfolio Program, the $200 deposit is non-refundable.
Any tuition paid is refundable as follows:

Withdraw 21 or more days prior to the DCI start date: 100% refunded.

less than 21 days before the DCI start date: 50% refunded.

After the DCI has started: No refund is available.
For refund requests occurring more than 6 months after the initial purchase date, the Center is not responsible for any additional service charges or transfer fees levied by PayPal for the refund process. Prior to 6 months, no transfer fees or service charges will be applied.
Deep Coaching Portfolio Program:
If you have purchased the Deep Coaching Portfolio Program and then decide to withdraw from the Life Coaching Basics (LCB) component and take the DCI component only, if you withdraw anytime prior to the DCI start date you will be refunded the LCB portion of your tuition minus the percentage of LCB content you have already studied, minus the number of Support Integration Calls you have attended. If you withdraw from LCB after the DCI has begun, no refund is available.
If you cancel your registration from the Deep Coaching Portfolio Program in entirety prior to the DCI start date, it will be refunded according to the DCI policy above minus the percentage of LCB content you have already studied and number of Support Integration Calls attended.
As noted above, if you withdraw from the Deep Coaching Portfolio Program any time after the DCI has started, no refund is available.
Mentor Coaching:
If you have purchased mentor coaching hours and then decide not to go ahead with the mentor coaching, you will be refunded the mentor coaching fee ($1250) minus a $200 administration fee, minus the value of any mentor coaching calls that you attended ($125/call).
You have 1 year following the signing of your Mentor Coaching Agreement to use your mentor coaching hours or to request a refund. If you do not use your mentor coaching hours or request a refund within that year, you forfeit your mentor coaching hours and payment.
Escrow and Transfers:
The $200 deposit and any tuition paid that is not refunded as a result of your cancellation will be kept in escrow for 12 months, and may be transferred to the same or another course within those 12 months.
At anytime prior to the beginning of a course (that starts within 12 months from the date you withdrew), contact us to let us know that you would like to transfer your deposit and paid tuition to that course and we will begin the enrollment process with you.
Any course cancelled by the Center will be fully refunded, including deposit, unless you agree to put the tuition paid towards a future course.
