As a coach and consultant, supporting others in their life journey is a privilege.
I started my coaching and consulting business after more than 20 years in corporate. I work with individuals and teams to pinpoint their preferences and apply their insight to improve their interpersonal communication, manage their careers, handle stress, and make better decisions.
As a fervent student and teacher, I love learning, evolving, and inspiring others. I’ve held 13 corporate positions in the U.S. and Germany, and throughout my life and career, I’ve become adept at reinventing myself.
In essence, I aim to active my best and live my truth—inside and out—while empowering others to do the same.
Bio
I work with communication and business professionals looking to advance themselves, teams, or organizations. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Deep Coach, and recently named by Influence Digest as one of Tampa’s Top 15 Coaches. My mission is to empower others to activate their best. Combining my twenty-five years of communication, change management, and marketing expertise with my natural curiosity about the wiring of people’s minds and human behavior, I provide a fresh perspective and integrated way to turn insight into action.
My experience has spanned from entrepreneurial settings to large, complex organizations in the U.S. and Germany. I’ve worked in several fields, including healthcare, industry, energy, hospitality, retail, and telecommunications, and across many disciplines, such as IT, Logistics, Quality, R&D, and Sales. Each assignment has provided me with profound learnings in human behavior and an appreciation for the power of diversity and inclusion.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a Master’s in Public and Corporate Communication. I hold a Change Management and Project Management (PMP) certification and I’m an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation and International Association of Business Communicators. I’m also certified in several psychological and 360-feedback assessments.
