About

I believe that we can use the challenges of Life to learn more about ourselves; who we are and the life that we want to live. Through Deep Transformational Life Coaching, I support you to navigate life's challenges and come into alignment with your unique soul essence that wants to emerge.

In this process, resistance to letting the old go and confusion and fear around what is emerging are common. I support people to work with these blocks so they can blossom into their Authentic Self.

I work intuitively with the information a client is bringing; both verbally and energetically, tapping into a felt sense of a client's energy, their situation and impressions that may come to me. I guide them through questions, somatic work, or consensual guided visualisation to find clarity and insight.

It is my belief that as we each uncover our unique 'Soul Shine,' more freedom and love are made available to us, as well as to everyone else.

Bio

Growing up in rural Africa, forced me to come face to face with poverty and suffering. My career in Economic and Social research was an attempt to alleviate this. In my mid-30s, I realised that I had to 'become the change' from the inside out, so I left my career and went on an inner journey to find my own unique soul expression and to bring that through.

Some of the trainings I have done include Meditation, Shamanic journeying and Power Retrieval, Family Constellations, Sacred Union Facilitation, Temple Arts Training and Taoist sexual energy practices. I have formal qualifications in Deep Transformational Life Coaching, Swedish & Womb Massage, Counselling, and Reiki as well as a Masters degree in Economics.

I have since worked mentoring teenagers and teaching emotional literacy whilst raising my two children in Devon, England.

My own journey has enabled me to feel more expansive states of joy, freedom and love, develop a strong intuitive capacity to sense and guide others and be present with all aspects of life from a place of non-judgement.
