Transformational Energy Coaching is a unique blend of transformational coaching and energy work. It invites a shift in consciousness designed to restore your natural way of being and to help you become the highest version of yourself.  At its core, Transformational Energy Coaching helps guide you back to the truth of who they are, your inner wisdom and knowing, so that you can move beyond your limitations to discover joy, ease and inner harmony in your life.

For years, it seemed like I tried everything to relieve the dis-ease and stress I was experiencing in my life; nothing seemed to quell my spinning mind. I was constantly trying to avoid the inner discomfort I was feeling, working overtime to suppress, resist or distract. With my Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Counseling, I felt discouraged when I couldn’t find optimal health and well-being. A friend suggested that I see an Energy Practitioner/Transformational Coach; I had no clue what to expect. The changes to who I am and how I live my life are profound as a result of the many sessions I have received since. I have elevated my physical, mental and spiritual well-being to levels I didn’t know were possible. I love myself fully and I didn’t even realize you could experience this much joy.

My powerful transformation ignited my passion to support others on their journey, and over the past 4 years I have been training in energy work and transformational coaching.
