Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident and supported as you step into the Deep Coaching Intensive. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Deep Coaching Intensive:

A $200 non-refundable administration fee (deposit) is retained in all cases.

Before the Program Begins

  • 30 days or more before the start date:

    You may cancel and receive a 100% refund of any tuition paid (excluding the $200 non-refundable deposit), no questions asked.

  • Within 30 days of the start date (before the first class):

    Once you are inside the 30-day window, the only refund option available is through our 14-Day Program Guarantee described below.

The Center's 14-Day Program Satisfaction Guarantee

(The only refund path once you’re within 30 days or after the program has begun)

You may request a 100% refund of any tuition paid (excluding the $200 non-refundable deposit) within the first 14 days of the program, provided that you:

  1. Attend the first two classes, and

  2. Have a short call with us to share your experience and why you’re deciding against continuing.

Note: This is a satisfaction-based guarantee, not a trial period. The intent of this policy is to ensure that participants engage meaningfully with the beginning of the program before deciding whether it is the right fit. Refunds are issued based on a genuine assessment of fit and experience, not on non-participation or lack of engagement.

Once these two steps are completed, and the criteria is met, your refund will be issued promptly.

After the First 14 Days

No refunds are available after the 14-day guarantee period.

Refund Processing Notes

For refund requests occurring more than 6 months after the initial purchase date, the Center is not responsible for any credit card, PayPal, or other processor fees associated with refund issuance.

For requests within 6 months, no transfer fees or service charges will be applied.

Deep Coaching Portfolio Program

(Includes LCE + DCI)

Refunds for LCE Only

If you wish to withdraw from the Life Coaching Essentials (LCE) portion while still planning to attend the DCI:

  • You may receive a full refund of the LCE portion of your tuition up until the first Group Training Call (GTC) begins.

  • Once the first Group Training Call has begun, no refunds are available for LCE, and your enrollment in LCE is considered final.

Cancelling the Entire Portfolio Program (LCE + DCI)

If you cancel your registration from the entire Portfolio Program, your refund eligibility follows the same policies as the Deep Coaching Intensive, as listed above:

  • 30 days or more before the DCI start date:

    Eligible for a 100% refund of any tuition paid (excluding the $200 deposit).

  • Within 30 days of the DCI start date or once the program has begun:

    Refunds are only available through the 14-Day Program Satisfaction Guarantee, which requires:

    1. Attending the first two DCI classes, and

    2. A short call with us to discuss your experience and withdrawal.

  • After the first 14 days of the DCI program:

    No refunds are available for the Portfolio Program.

Mentor Coaching

If you purchased mentor coaching hours and decide not to proceed:

  • You will be refunded the mentor coaching fee ($1,999) minus:

    • a $200 administration fee, and

    • the value of any mentor coaching calls already attended ($200 per call).

You have 1 year from the signing of your Mentor Coaching Agreement to use your mentor coaching hours or request a refund.

After 1 year, any unused hours are forfeited and become non-refundable.

Escrow and Transfers:

The $200 deposit and any tuition paid that is not refunded as a result of your cancellation will be kept in escrow for 12 months, and may be transferred to the same or another course within those 12 months.

At anytime prior to the beginning of a course (that starts within 12 months from the date you withdrew), contact us to let us know that you would like to transfer your deposit and paid tuition to that course and we will begin the enrollment process with you.

Any course cancelled by the Center will be fully refunded, including deposit, unless you agree to put the tuition paid towards a future course.
